When taking on this project, we had to account for an existing 24 inch difference in grading on the property. We chose to incorporate this anomaly into the design by creating two separate spaces- with the lower level functioning as added living space with dedicated sun shelf, umbrellas, and seating. While their children are enjoying the rock waterfall and slide, our clients can soak up the sun in a separate (splash-free) area of the pool.
