JoshGreen

With over 15 years of experience in high-end construction in South Florida, Josh oversees all operations for Florida Pool Concepts. Born in the US Capital of Insomnia (Washington DC), he learned early how to mainline caffeine and has been a workaholic his entire life. On the rare occasion he takes a break from work, Josh enjoys boating and fishing, and lists one of his many skills as being the Rain Man of numbers.

RyanGoodkin

Ryan’s previous life was in healthcare, but he found his true passion in pool building because of his love of water and the outdoors. In his quest to “find a job he loves,” Ryan takes pride in building teams of great, passionate people so that he “doesn’t work a day in his life.” He loves living the South Florida #SaltLife, boating and all water sports. Ryan’s goal in life is to hold his breath as long as a Cuvier’s beaked whale which has recorded the longest and deepest dive of 138 minutes and 9,800 feet!

CrystalMcCullough

Our sole Florida native, Crystal manages all the accounting and human resources utilizing her 10+ years of experience in the construction industry. Crystal runs an animal rescue from home, caring for three dogs, two cats, two chinchillas and a turtle named Spike. As you can see, Crystal has no free time. But when she does, she enjoys spending time boating and fishing with her husband and their three children.

KenKraus

Hailing from Pennsylvania, Ken is our construction supervisor with 35 years of experience, including owning his own custom home building and remodeling company. Results-driven, he is a rare breed in the construction industry keeping meticulous notes and putting his 25+ years of project management experience to good use. In his free time, Ken enjoys weight training and paddle boarding, and relaxing with a Jack and Coke after a long day.

DavidCram

David is our resident Canadian, eh? After building a sprawling resort on a tropical island, David moved to South Florida to pursue his love for creating beautiful and functional Waterscapes. A landscape architect by profession, David likes to get inside your head to determine your goals to tailor the design of your space to your lifestyle and needs. When he’s not designing the next residential waterpark, he trains his two Aussies to open doors and chase away unwelcome guests while he watches on the Ring App.

AnitaChang

Anita is an organizational expert and our in-house 3D specialist who makes your pool a virtual reality before we even put a shovel in the ground. A Chicago native, she has designed pools and worked with clients ranging from your next door neighbor to Hollywood directors and NFL players, and everyone in between. In her free time, you will find Anita cooking gourmet meals for her friends and acquiescing to her fluffy white dog’s demands (@marleytheliondog).
